About Us

I am a non-denominational, creative, and experienced wedding officiant; who is reliable; makes meeting the minister and preparing the ceremony easy. I am an ordained minister, former missionary, teacher, college professor and northwest naturalist/historian. I always enjoy tying some local human or natural history into your ceremony to personalize it should that please you.

I am an officiant who is well-spoken, has great dignity, is appropriate, has natural humor, a resonant voice, is casual but is professional in style, with an ever-present smile. I am a Christian man who is never late, lost long-winded, or preachy; (because "Christian" means compassion, loving, serving, helping, caring and treating others as we wish to be treated.)

Personal Note: Though a Christian, I am very much at home among non-religious, non-church people; the consistent experience of those I marry is that I value and enjoy them for who they are, a genuine interest and connection that carries into the ceremony itself.
